Jobber Export Process

To get the customer list:

  1. In Jobber: Go to Clients -> Export (CSV)
  2. Filter: Clients with at least 1 completed job (not just quotes)
  3. Fields needed: First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, Jobber Client ID
  4. Clean: Remove duplicates, remove any without email, remove Jack's own test records
  5. Expected list size: ~100-300 contacts based on $500K revenue at ~$3-5K avg job

Segmentation (Optional — for future sends)


n8n Workflow: Survey Email Send

If sending via n8n instead of Resend batch:

  1. Trigger: Manual or scheduled
  2. Read: Google Sheet with cleaned Jobber export
  3. Loop: For each contact
  4. Send: Resend API node (or Gmail node as fallback)
  5. Log: Update Sheet with send timestamp
  6. Rate limit: 1 email/second (avoid throttling)
